Your contact details as they appear on your policy

The name, residential address and registration number of any other people, involved in the claim and who they are insured with

Any letters, notices or court documents, about the incident

If applicable, an incident report number (thePolice will provide you with this number when you report an incident to them)

Things you should know

CarClarity Pty Ltd ABN 97 631 982 084 (CarClarity) has been appointed as a distributor of Insurance Australia Limited trading as CGU Insurance ABN 11 000 016 722, AFSL 227681 (CGU). If you take out an insurance product through CarClarity, CGU will pay CarClarity a commission of 10% of the premium (exclusive of government charges).
